If you set up your login account at: account.kyck.com and got the email from KYCK that directs you to verify your account (and you verified it) but then went to log in and you do not see your club to manage, you have one more step to go. You need your club to add you to the staff in KYCK.
Here is how this works:
1. You have already created your login using this account setup screen seen here below:
2. When you log in, if you do not see a club to manage (e.g. the account owner below has two clubs the have access to manage, most people only have one but can have many.) there are two issues that could be going on. Your club may not have put you on their actual staff list in KYCK yet. Or, when they added you to the staff list in KYCK they used an email address that is different from the one you used to set up your login account. Either way, you will need to reach out to your Reg or whomever added you to the club, and ask them to check your staff profile and either add or change your email so you can log in and connect with the club. KYCK does not update staff profiles.
