How to order (request) cards for players/staff

To request player or staff cards you will need the ‘request cards’ permission. To check on the status of the
card request and print the card you will also need to have ‘print cards’ permission. If you have permissions on your team, but not on the whole organization you will only be able to manage cards for your team. At the organization level, with permissions, you can order/view status/check on orders and messages and print cards for any and all teams or staff members in the Club.

To request cards for players or staff members:
1. Select the CARDS tab (either from your team level or the org. level) then select ‘Request Cards’ from the drop down menu

Staff members and players that have not had their card requested or auto-renewed will show up here in the ‘Request Cards’ section, and their current cards status will appear in the status column. You can narrow your search by player or staff last name, or by team by using the Filters.

3. If your staff/player has a green check mark next to their name, they are all set for their card to be requested.
A red X means they are missing something that is required for carding e.g. for players they may need a birth certificate or their medical waiver.

4. Selecting the blue eyeball button will open a window on your screen from this module you can upload proof of birth docs for players, verify or upload player med waiver, add a photo or add a staff member background check confirmation number.

Play_-_Card_Req_2_original5. When you are ready to begin ordering cards, select the boxes to the left of the staff/player who’s card you want to order, you can select one or as many as you like. The status section will update to show that order is in the cart and at any time you can select the ‘View Cart’ option to the top right.

6. When viewing the cart you can remove requests, view your sub-total and if you want to add to your order you can return to the staff/player list to add more to the transaction. You can also ‘Checkout’. Checking out will take you to the screen where you will either have money pre-loaded to your account, you can add a new credit card, or you can select a card if you have one on file.
