If you have not properly set up your login account with KYCK, and verified the account, you cannot change the password because your account is not activated. Read about account creation here.

If you have an active account but need to change your password:
1. Go to:
2. Enter your email address and then click the FORGOT PASSWORD option
3. You will be sent an email immediately be sure to check your spam folder. The email contains links to reset your password. The links are only valid for 6 hours from the time of receipt. If you miss the window of opportunity, repeat step #1.
