To make updates to your Sub-Merchant please follow these instructions:
Log into your club in KYCK. Select the left hand tab marked ‘Financial’ and then select the option to ‘Edit Sub-Merchant Info’
Although the title at the top of the page indicates you will be ‘creating’ a sub-merchant account, go ahead and update any of the fields that you need to update, it will essentially just update your account with the new information.
When you are done, scroll to the bottom of the page, check the box on the left and select ‘Create Braintree Sub-Merchant Account.’ Upon submission of the new data, the system will be able to detect the information you have changed, and you will be updated in KYCK when your updated Sub-Merchant account is confirmed.
